What was the driving force behind Sarah E Pickles to write a book. Well, it was being diagnosed with triple negative stage 3 progressive breast cancer at the age of 32. Married with their first Daughter Lillie aged 4, was the domestic situation and on the other side within seconds, was being told the news by her medical consultant. The devastating news, the gut-wrenching feeling and realisation of now having to fight the fight of her and her Families lives, Sarah E Pickles had one choice and one choice only. Fight or die. Live and love or lose it all forever.
